Shops have suddenly got bigger and I don’t think that is going to change for a while. There used to be areas of a supermarket or department store – in fact whole shops – which we never seemed to know existed.
A strange new world of little things, tiny outfits and baby must-haves has emerged. There was always that aisle in the Supermarket you could skip, and now you find yourself deciding on whether you should by a maxi-pack or not.
I’m starting to get the feeling that the world I used to live in is slowly
disappearing away to be replaced by something more interesting in one respect, and hugely different in another.
One of the stranger, less desireable aspects is that when you walk around you start to recognise buggies, the make and model.
